We strongly urge every client to start with at least one private to maximize their experience.

To get the most out of starting your Pilates program, commit to two sessions per week.

We believe in the power of privates when it comes to starting your practice. However, consider a duet or even a trio. You will receive highly personalized attention and once you experience less pain, more strength, decreased stress and anxiety, you will feel the value these sessions provide.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any booking change or cancellation. If this requirement is not met, the session will be charged at the regular rate.
  • Rates do not include GST and are subject to change without notice.
  • All packages are transferable but not refundable.
  • All apparatus and mat packages are valid for three months from the first date of use (not including holidays) and private and semi-private packages are valid for six months. The expiration of packages is set in order to promote consistency and continuity with your work.


As much as we like to have a good laugh during our classes (and why not – it’s great belly work), we must remember that there are other sessions running simultaneously and we need to respect others in the studio. Please keep chatter to a reasonable level.

If you are able to, please turn your cell phone off. We understand that some of you are on call and cannot do this, but the less ringing and distraction, the better.

Also, some participants have sensitive noses. Please refrain from wearing strong scents/lotions.


Please wear comfortable, workout clothing. We need to be able to see the movements the body is making. We do require that socks be worn for hygienic reasons in the studio. If you have any socks that have grips on the bottom, these are preferred.
